Appendix: Bibliography

This is my expansion and update of the original bibliography aka Literaturverzeichnis on page 205 of Farbige Schatten – Der Kameramann Robert Krasker by Dr Falk Schwarz. Due to page size and word count limitations the printed book’s bibliography entries are abbreviated and truncated but there are no such limitations in websites and ebooks. I will add more detail here with further research.

Meanwhile a note about style: though I did not have good secondary and tertiary educations growing up in Western Australia I am aware that standard academic practice is to render authors’ names as surname, comma, given name.

I prefer the more common practice of given name followed by surname as it is humanizing and in the digital age is just as digitally searchable as established academic practice if not more more so, especially when using digital asset management applications like NeoFinder.
